PCB Quality is the core of products. All of engineer & vital department guys has more than seven years experience in PCB industry, we follow up the default PCB standard, as well as with clients' special request.

All the PCB & MCPCB are strictly follow the operation procedures stipulated in ISO9001:2000 in respect to material purchasing, product manufacturing, testing, packing, marketing, etc. For example, during the production of PCB, all the garments must be checked piece by piece under strict on-site and final quality control.

We set up QA system according to TS16949, build up procedure to aim specifically at the prevention of problems and the elimination of root causes, provides complete traceability of material and detailed processing history for all products manufactured. Statistical process control (SPC) and process failure mode and effect analysis (PFMEA) are mechanisms used for continuous improvement.
